My services focus on supporting you as an individual, with a specific and customized nutritional approach, because there is no one-size-fits-all method to health. I’ll work with you at whatever stage of well being you are at to establish realistic, approachable nutrition goals.
I’ll teach you how to use nutrition and healthy eating as a tool that will support your body’s metabolic, hormonal and chemical responses. We'll do this in a way that is not centered on dieting or “good vs. bad” foods.

Grocery Store Tours – Navigating a grocery store and the seemingly endless amounts of new, healthy products that appear on store shelves can be a daunting part of learning to eat healthy. Let me join you on a one-on-one grocery shopping experience at your favorite store. I’ll show you how to read labels, what to watch out for and how to eat healthy on a budget.
Kitchen Clean Out –Allow me to come to your kitchen and help you understand what foods you buy and consume are supporting your health, and what products you may be better off tossing, or finding a healthier alternative for. We’ll take a look at fats/oils, sugars and sugar substitutes, condiments and the best and worst processed and prepared foods. This can be a great way to get an overall idea of what foods and products to keep on stock in your pantry or fridge without any judgment, I promise!
Cooking Lessons – At the foundation of healthy eating is healthy cooking. It all starts in the kitchen. Healthy eating is made much simpler (and more fun) when you have a basic understanding of how to properly cook and prepare nutritious foods. I’ll come to your kitchen and teach you some basic tips and tricks that can streamline your time in the kitchen. We’ll cover the fundamentals of chopping, sautéing, and baking. By the end of the lesson you’ll feel more confident in the kitchen and be ready to tackle some new recipes.
