I offer highly specialized nutrition coaching virtually all over the world and in-person within the Boise area. I teach informative and enjoyable cooking demonstrations to groups of all ages, sizes, centered around nutrition and healthy food. A group cooking demonstration is a great way to bring some excitement to staff trainings, group meetings or community events; plus, you’ll end up with healthy and delicious food for everyone at the end!
