Work with me

I offer highly specialized nutrition coaching virtually all over the world and in-person within the Boise area. My services focus on supporting you as an individual, with a specific and customized nutritional approach. There is no one-size-fits-all method to health. I’ll work with you at whatever stage of well being you are at to establish realistic, approachable nutrition goals.

I teach informative and enjoyable cooking demonstrations to groups of all ages, sizes, centered around nutrition and healthy food. A group cooking demonstration is a great way to bring some excitement to staff trainings, group meetings or community events; plus, you’ll end up with healthy and delicious food for everyone at the end!

Are you looking for a nutrition expert to provide research based nutrition and wellness education to your staff, group, club or office? Let me be your go-to nutrition professional! Workshops generally consist of a wide range of services, including nutrition coaching, grocery store tours, meal planning, cooking demonstrations, and nutrition seminars.
